Magic Caddis
There's nothing really magic about it (aside from the fairy pubes), it's just a name that stuck.
It's my answer for a better EHC. I guess it sounds kind of like trying to build a better mouse trap. A mouse trap that doesn't roll over on the water, has no over sized hackle, and doesn't unravel after the first fish.
"Why Sir, this must be magic", you say. Nay my friend. I simply ripped off a number of different modern tying techniques and applied them towards a caddisfly.
Magic or not, it works pretty well. Lucky for your, we have a recipe and quick tutorial so you can stuff your boxes with yet another "can't miss" pattern.
